Workshop will introduce participants to Moodle, an open source learning management system designed to help educators create quality online courses. We will overview the instructional activities available in Moodle, how to upload files (such as PDFs, audio and video files, or Word documents) to Moodle for your students to access online, and how to customize the look and feel of your online course. Using Moodle, educators can assign and collect student assignments, post quizzes, lead online forum discussions, and more. Educators worldwide are using Moodle to enhance their teaching. It is a very flexible system that is designed to be used for either fully online courses or to augment face-to-face classes.
