Portal Subscription Plans

MyFCOEPortal is an online teaching resource and content management system that provides complete access to all online resources with a single login. All resources included within the portal are reviewed by teachers for California standards alignment, including streaming video, images, audio, and lesson plans. Access to technical support is available Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM during the school year.

    CaliQity is a feature-rich, award-winning learning management system and learning object repository, designed specifically for the K-12 environment, all in one place.

  • Discovery Education

    Discovery Education Streaming Plus is a standards-aligned digital video and online teaching service intended to help improve students' retention and test scores.

  • TumbleBook Library

    TumbleBook Library is an online collection of animated, talking picture books with sound, music and narration added to existing picture books.

  • World Book Online

    World Book is the standard for providing accuracy, objectivity, and reliability in research materials for both children and adults.

Library Subscription

Library services satisfies California Education Code sections 18100 (requires school districts to provide library services to students and teachers) and 18103 (requires libraries to be open to the use of teachers and students during the school day) and shall include the following:

  • Credentialed Librarian of Record
  • Professional Development for Library Media Technicians and/or Teacher Librarians
  • Technical Assistance for Library Media Technicians and/or Teacher Librarians
  • Library Consulting (by appointment)
  • School and District Library Plan
  • Library Grant Writing
  • Access to The Fresno COE Library
  • Online check-out available with delivery to school site
  • Collections: K-12 Children, Young Adult, Professional Development

    Library 4 Universal is FCOE's online media resource circulation system. With L4U, you can locate and check out books, DVDs, and more for classroom use.
